Hope you all had a fab christmas and new year, we spent christmas eve in sydney central hostel with another couple who were a bit strange, not a good experience. We went round to Richards and had lots of drinks and nice food, got back to the hostel at about 2.30am and our roommates were asleep, got up at 9.30 got ready and left room and still asleep, not as excited as us for xmas day.

We opened our pressies from our parents, so two each we didn't bother to get each other a card or pressie. Thanks folks for the pressies, Adam now looks the part in his aussie shirt and can disguise his pong with the aftershave!!

We went round to Sam's mum and dads for a christmas bbq and had tonnes to eat and drink, Adam got on the rum and was very merry and he went on the Wii and was swearing and cursing!! bad lad. I beat him at the boxing though, ha ha.

Went to surfers for new year, but they had double booked the room so Adam, me and Carmen had to stay in the van, very hot!!! only managed 3 hours sleep them dossed around the pool until the room was ready at 2pm. Enjoyed the rest of the week, chilling in the apartment, going to the beach, drinking, eating playing cards and going to the casino a couple of times.

We are back on the road again!! Left surfers on Thursday and stayed in the middle of mount pikapene state forest, not a soul for miles, bit strange!!!. Yesterday we drove to dameresq dam and had free camping again, but lots of flies. We are now in Tamworth, in New South wales countryside, trying this route for a change instead of the coast road again. Miss the ocean but most towns have a public pool you can use to cool down.

Our vague plans from here are to travel towards Canberra, melbourne and Adelaide and then takes things from there. Take Care all Adsndebs XXX
