This morning we had a pretty early start to get up, pack the car and get to the airport. We made it to the airport in perfect timing, dropped our rental car off and headed to check in and through security in the fully outdoor airport. Once we were through we boarded the plane for the short flight to Honolulu. We arrived in Honolulu, got our bags and jumped on a shuttle to our hotel.

Once we made it to our hotel we got checked in and up to our room on the ninth floor. We could see the beach from the room and the view was pretty cool. Though we didn’t have a lot of room with six people... Matt and Rebecca sharing a bed, Mum and Dad sharing, and Nicole and Kailyn sharing the pull out couch in the lounge. But it was enough to have a good time.

Once we were sorted we headed down the street to IHOP for lunch and then got ready for the beach. The beach was stunning and because it was another hot day it was perfect for swimming! We were there for a few hours and when the wind started to come up we headed back to the hotel for a swim at the pool and sit in the sun with some drinks there. Was an early night as everyone was pretty tired, so a movie in the room and bed for all of us ready for another fun day ahead.
