Last night we met one of Andy and Helen's friends, Jeffery. He lives in Bali and they see him everytime they come over. He is from Java, an Island near Bali. He has a wife and 2 children that live in Java and he sends money to them whenever he can. He lost his job a while ago as they only wanted to employ Balinese people so now he only gets odd jobs here and there, so ads and I wanted to learn to surf properly anyway and jeffery teaches so we went with him to our nearest beach. Ads went in first and I sat there eating mango on the beach whilst watching. He was really good and i got some good pics. I was next and was really nervous as never surfed before but i really enjoyed it and got up on the board each time. We will try and go down and surf as much as we can as the waves are really good.
