Final day on the road today! Well, with Nomad at least!

It's actually not that far a drive from Arusha to Nairobi, the border obviously takes a bit of time but we arrived quite early in the afternoon after a pretty easy drive and that was it, all over!

There is nothing on the itinerary for Kenya, not for us anyway. For those staying on and travelling into Uganda they will be spending a bit of time in this country including a trip into the Maasai Mara (the Kenyan side of the Serengeti). For us though, we just arrive, spend a night here and fly out tomorrow night to Bangkok.

Roen and Chantelle are, by pure fluke, on the same flight home tonight. Marcus is the first to leave though as he's staying at a different hotel so we said goodbye to him as soon as we arrived and he jumped into a taxi. Kay and Hisako are carrying on tomorrow and some new people will be arriving to join them.

For one last time we all went out for dinner together and then had to rush back to get Roen and Chantelle into a taxi so they could get to the airport on time. Chantelle was very upset to say goodbye.

Tomorrow we have a day of blogging and skyping planned and our flight is at night so we'll spend the day by the pool and that's it! All over!!!

Saying goodbye to Vincent, whose been our excellent chef since Cape Town, will probably be the hardest part!
