After a trip to Tavistock to get supplies for dinner, we packed our lunch and raincoats and headed off across the Moors along the East Dart River to a waterfall. The rain pelted down heavily for about 15 minutes drenching us all. It was a terrific walk but felt more like 8 miles than 8 kilometres.
