How is it that some people believe that they aren't obligated to do their fair share? Always expecting someone else to pick up their slack so that they aren't burdened? I myself believe that you work as hard as the person you want to work with. You don't see championship teams that consist of players that expect others to win games for them, just like you don't see championship coaches allow freeloaders. You would think that one would want to prove their worth on a daily basis, especially in this economy. Yet, there THEY are, bringing down the moral of the true workers. What's worse, is the blind eye that CHOOSES not to see the reality in front of them. In a perfect world everyone would respect each other and pull their weight…instead, we have people that go through life with the mentality of "Do you know who I am?"
