This place has a museum about chips and a museum about chocolate. What more cam you ask for! It also has a museum about lamps but I couldn't persuade Dave to go (even though they might just have had a lamp designed by Louis Comfort Tiffany). The chip museum was at first a little disappointing due to a lack of samples. Then we read that Belgians fry their chips in a mixure of beef and horse fat and I was grateful; my emotions then turned to relief at the lack of samples followed by guilt at enjoying a portion of chips each the previous day. Luckily the chocolates don't contain dog or pigeon so we were safe.

We loved Bruges and not just because of it's chocolate shops; it also has many beer shops! Oh and the town itself is very pretty.

Only one more stop before home; it's going too fast!
