After Phnom Penh we headed South for a couple of days sun as we had a few to kill before heading to Siem Reap. First we went to Koh Kong, but after one night there with nothing to do we decided to head to Sihanookville instead. (lots of buses in 3 days but oh well). We really liked it there the beach was nice although very littered. the main problem was that when led on the beach we got constant hassel from local children and women trying to sell things and on our last day some how Kirstys camera was also stolen. This was a bit annoying as mine was also playing up so she had all the pics of me tubing and our trip to the national park. Gurrr.
So then we headed to Siem Reap for 1 day to do the Angkor ruins, without a camera that worked between us. So armed with a very high tech disposable one we headed off. The ruins were amazing and we did have to be very sparing with our limit of 39 pictures. But having got them developed there are some good ones. Phew.
So then once again we headed back to Bangkok for our last 2 days. Within that 2 days we have managed to do a huge amount of shopping, the Grand Palace, Wat po, had our massage done, gone to Cabbages and Condoms (a restaurant that supports AIDS charaties), gone back to Koh San road for more shopping, gone to the flower market and we're going to do a Clong tour (river tour) this afternoon before we get on the plane!!!!
So the next entry will be from not only a new country but a new continent!!!
