Thurs: Went to Abbey Road (kind of neat but I have seen it before.) after that we went shopping bought a few tops and a purse. The major thing w/ Abbey Road you think it is going to be a big deal but all it really is, is a normal cross walk and no one(in London) really cares. We went out to the pubs down the street. The pubs are so cute the wood work in them are so beautiful. In one pub we met a old guy that went to Northwestern so he knew exactly where Purdue was. Had lots of fun. All of these people on the trip are a lot of fun and are great. We went to this very shady club! Kind of had fun Friday That morning @9am we had class, Dan our professor is so funny. We all had to do our names with an adjective. He was Dangerous Dan (if you know Dan he really doesnt look Dangerous at all....) I chose Ambitious Abby, I couldnt really think of anything on the spot and someone else helped me w/ that name. Napped after class for about an hour and then went exploring by myself (i know all by myself) but no one was around so i went to 2 art museums(The National Gallery and the National Portait Gallery) they were enjoyable. Visited a few other tourist things and took some picutres....Downing St. where the Prime Minister lives, took pictures of Westminister Abbey and Big Ben. I didnt tour through the Abbey because I have seen it before and it is expensive. I know what it looks like and outside and inside it is BEAUTIFUL. That night we went to a new pub down the street called O'neils it was quite large I liked it. Its a lot of fun hanging out w/these people. Saturday: My roomate Mo is sick and has to go to the hospital :( they helped and she fells better but is just going to sleep most of the day. We woke up and went to Portobello Market. Its an awesome outdoor market. Lots of antique places and tons more.... We ate at a cafe outside on a terrace it was kind of neat. (the customer service here is horrible though) Saw a fire there and fire trucks kind of cool Saw a cute little orangish car w/ just married on the back w/ pretty orange flowers it was so cute i got a picture you will have to see later.... Thats it so far....
