We arrived in the rain and had the pleasure of putting up a wet tent in the wet. Amazingly it was still dry inside. After a surprisingly good nights sleep only a little we got up to find it was still raining. Summer here seems much like summer at home. The hostel we were camping in was in the Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary, this meant that we were camping surrounded by antelopes, zebras and other game. No big cats. We went for a walk accompanied by 3 dutch girls we had seen several times on the Baz Bus. It was very wet and we were slipping all over the place. No one actually fell over but everyone came back with sodden feet. We saw lots of different antelope, zebras, wilderbeast, warthogs and birds. We also saw hippos and most worringly of all a crocadile a good 4 meters long not far from us at all. It seems crocodiles are not deemed dangerous? In Saint Lucia there was a memoral to a woman who had been eaten by a crocadile on her honeymoon in 2000. The bend in the river is now named Honeymoon bend on offical maps, nice. We watched a couple of films when we got back before getting back into our tent rain still falling. Got up no rain so we went back into Miliwane and this time hired mountain bikes. We saw much the same as the day before but I think we saw an even bigger croc even closer. I decided to go up a steep hill to a viewpoint, Keeley stayed at the bottom. Itr was steep and went on for ever every time I thought it was the top it went up again. I took a picture giving up before reaching the top and enjoyed the ride down. Back at the hostel we watched a another few films before bed never watched so many films. Only two full days in Swaziland but enjoyed ourselves beutiful country will have to come back for a longer stay.
