Hello Everyone, Well we have completed another country on WT - and have only just got to updating the website - naughty us!!.. Sorry! New Zealand well and truely lived up to its reputation of a stunningly beautiful country. We were wowed by the scenery and the wildlife. Our tour started in the South Island and we had three weeks of exploring on our own. Highlights were swimming with dolphins in Kaikoura, conquering the Kepler Track and Paragliding in Queenstown. We then met up with Jane`s parents for 2 weeks which was brilliant. We continued to see somemore of the South Island, including the west coast and amazing glaciers. Off to North Island, we enjoyed stinky Rotorua and Taupo before saying goodbye. We had a great time with them - it was lovely to share a special part of WT. A further two weeks of enjoying the North Island took us to the interesting Art Deco Napier, a Valentine's Day 8 hour walk across the Tongariro Crossing (old romantic!) and the beautiful Bay of Islands, with some partying in Auckland thrown in as well!
