Here we are, now sitting in the Koru Lounge at LAX, waiting for our flight home. Harley: We have been in Las Vegas for the last 5 days. One highlight has been visiting the Grand Canyon. It took 3 hours to drive there but it was worth it. First we went to Haulapai Ranch. There we took a horse and carriage ride. Next we went to Eagle Point and walked the Skywalk. Skywalk is a glass platform that you can walk on and look down at the canyon 4000 ft below! Vikki: 1 day to go till it's all over, but the last 4 days have been busy ones, enjoying all that Las Vegas has to offer. It's pretty hot here still, but a dry heat, full with cigarette smoke, as everyone here is allowed to smoke anywhere including inside the casinos. Probably the thing I like least about being here! We've strolled the strip checking out all the people, the displays and the casinos. Amazing to see many replicas of things we have seen on our trip...

Raj: Another fun couple of days, this time at Disneyland. We spent a day at Disneyland Park (the "original" Disney) and Disney California Adventure Park (more and bigger). While very pricey, it doesn't stop the 10's of thousands who visit both parks every day of the year. And you can see why. Raj: Vikki has been given a few nice pieces of jewellery on this trip, but shoes are definitely her best friend. Today we ventured to the Santa Monica shops to look for athletics shoes for Harley. However very quickly I saw that Vikki was in the mood for shopping. She bought not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 pairs of shoes! Oh and a dress from the Gap store also.
