Hi. After meal and a few beers last night it was back to our watery accommodation for some more fishing and relaxation before turning the cabin into a three bed suite!!
All slept well but Trev’s frequent trips to the toilet were not quiet!! We awoke to some rain so it was pack up gear and tidy the boat and return keys to the very amicable local guardian of this unique sleeping experience. Definitely a 10 for the Internet booking page review. We decided to try and make the french border by mid afternoon so another 265 miles later we are on the river crossing that forms the boundary between Spain and France. The internet booking site is a godsend as we are now in a very quaint apartment in the centre of Hendaye. Looking forward to some French cuisine tonight..... probably end up in a burger chain like last time!!!
