G'day Cobbers Well we've had busy month working and we are now happy as we finished yesterday! It was very hard work especially working in the searing heat which at times has been in its 30's. We are still going to get some casual work upto Christmas to keep us going but we will have to see what we can get. Apart from work for those who don't know we have been living in our own apartment for the last few weeks and are staying there until Christmas. Its a nice little studio flat with an amazing view of the sea from our balcony. Last weekend we finally caught up with Andy (Bens Cousin) and Megan who have now returned from the UK. Last Friday evening they came over with Megans sister and family and we went down the beach for a few beers and pizza. The day was really hot and when we got down there at 7 it was still in its 20's and we had a cracking evening. On Saturday we went to Melbourne zoo with Andy and Megan. This was also a great day, the zoo has all sorts of animals and we had good fun walking round. In the evening it was back to our place for food and beer while chilling out on the balcony. Yesterday we finally located Ramsay Street and went there on our way home from work. It was chucking it down with rain but Ben insisted in having his photos taking in front of all the houses so poor Helen got wet taking them all. Very strange going there its just like any other street in the area except you get lots of people driving up, jumping out their cars and taking photos. We can't beleive its only 3 weeks until Christmas and we are finding it very surreal seeing all the decorations up and hearing all the songs while we are melting in the heat. Still can't complain. Now we have more time we are hoping to see a bit more of Melbourne so watch this space and please keep in touch. Lots of love Ben and Helen xxx
