G'day Sports, Well our hard work has eventually paid off and we now have jobs! We are working for a civil engineering company assessing roads for a Melbourne district council. It's difficult as it involves lots of walking especially yesterday when it was 30 degrees! It's going to be 6 days a week for the next month so we are going to be kept pretty busy. We have still been trying to enjoy ourselves though between job hunting. Wednesday night was pool competition night at the hostel where we ended up drinking lots of cheap wine and eventually ended up in the basement bar with a load of others from the hostel singing karaoke until 3 in the morning. Then last night there was a Halloween party at the hostel where again we drank copious amounts of cheap wine, beer and punch. Another late night and we crawled back to bed at 4 in the morning! Today has been a bit of a lazy day recovering before we head back off onto the streets for another 6 days, no karaoke this week we think. Thats all for now, keep in touch. Love Bruce and Shelia xxxx
