Weather is great in Greymouth beautiful sunshine and warm weather.
Pat Organised everything for the return trip and found that the train isn't running due to land slips and undermining of the rail line. If the Transalpine train doesn't run we'll have to bus across the north pass as Arthur's pass is closed for all traffic road and rail. Went to a great pub to eat and as usual in New Zealand the meal was large enough for two. As it turned out they opened both rail and road, it's great we can have a relaxing train journey over the alpine gorges. They are still beautiful even if only a little snow is left.
