Just eating dinner, chicken wings , pasta and potato. The food here is actually really good after hearing so many rumours about it being rubbish! There is a local town about a 15 minute walk from the San Lucianu Hotel which has everything you need!
The temperature is around 29, so very hot. The people I'm working with are very nice and sharing things is almost compulsory.

I'm staying in pretty much a large shed in the woods, 5 minutes from the beach. Accommodation is covered in spiders, cob webs and smells pretty vile. But honestly.... I love it! A bit adventurous.

My house mates are the nicest people. Got the best selection. Im the only one with a room to myself for the next 8 weeks which is very handy!

The hotel manager is very nice, head beach is great and my manager is so laid back and easy going.

The first guests of the season arrive in 7 days, I want this week to be over - set up week is such hard work. I've never been so tired. I've helped carry 250 deck chairs to the front of the hotel, about 30 wind surfing boards and rigged 20 boats!

This job is going to be a challenge after I've only just been qualified as a sailing instructor, however there is another guy in my department who is in the same boat.

Looking forward to my day off next Saturday already!
