So we arrived very early in the morning about 6.30am and went straight to the backpacker village, couldn't check in straight away so we went for a walk to find the beach, very quiet only a few surfers around which was cool!Then went back to wait for our room to be ready.I fell asleep on a bench which was not my best look but Tom loved the photo opportunities!!After we got to check in and get some sleep we decided to have the 'all you can eat' bbq at the hostel which was really nice!Met some other travellers and went out to a bar to claim our free drink, probably the worst wine I've ever tasted but hey we don't turn down anything that's free these days!!

Thursday we got up early for the sunrise tour which takes you to the most easterly point of Australia where the sunrise is amazing.We were at reception at 5.30am, waited around a little while but no one turned up!...I've just about had it with sunrise now I thought it would be third time lucky and this would be spectacular but no!Didn't take me long to get my jama's back on and be back in bed!Got back up at a more reasonable time and checked out.So being as we didn't get to do the tour we decided to walk it to the most easterly point, it was quite a trek in the 30+ degree heat but definitely worth it the view was amazing.
