We arrived in Kuala Lumpur late morning and took a taxi to our guest house.was really nice and very homely. after dumping our stuff we explored a bit around our guest house and found a really yummy indian restaurant for lunch.we then got the train to the petronas tower..aiming to go up to the top but they have a limit to the number of people allowed up on the bridge daily and we got there too late!so instead we browsed the posh shopping market underneath for a bit..(toilets have bodyshop products you can use!very posh)we then took a train to chinatown,where we got harassed by lots of market sellers..most funny one was being offered sunglasses when we were both wearing a pair!after getting sick of being nagged in the markets we found a nice chinese restaurant which was very non touristy which was nice.
