Daryl Freame Hi Zane - sorry about the confused text message - got married in Tasmanina last week - family did not know until a couple of weeks before the wedding - in the process of working out what to keep and throw out - I was in Melbourne for a couple of days last week and caught up with Greg before he dissappeared to China -hope he does not get lost - good news with Kerrie pregnant again expecting in August - well there is more good news as Helen and I are also expecting our first child in August. Greg does not know so he probably find out from this message. Sounds like you are still enjoying England apart from the cold weather - Perth weather last few months has been mild which is very rare - we expect our heat wave to occur late March or April - this week is the 20 km ocean swim from Cottesloe to Rottnest island - approximately 2000 swimmers competing as solos, duo and team of 4 - I am in the last catergory - too old to do solo - there has been a few shark sightings lately so the odds are 1 in 2000 that the sharks will find me - I try to hide in the middle of the pack - good luck with the new job - and stay safe

Zane Hi everyone, I'm back in London again, after my short but fantastic trip to Melbourne. I 've said everything in my latest post card so I won't repeat myself here. Hope you're all loving life and I'll hopefully have something interesting to say real soon. Also, I've registered with My Space site. For those of you who are unfamiliar, it's a friend network and blogger, among many other things. Bit of a mess but it's the latest rage... all the kids are doing it! Zane Howdy cowboys and cowgirls! I know it's been a while. What can I say? I've been a very busy cowboy. I have several big pieces of news for you all. I've moved to a great new place in SE London with four others. A beautiful three story house with a decent sized back yard/garden and a huge kitchen. Settling in to my new home has been easy. My house mates are brilliant and there is so much more space than I've grown accustomed to in my time in London so far. I have a new job working for a web design company in the city. So far it's going really well. I'm really enjoying the role and fitting in nicely with a young and ambitious team of people. The best part (as far as I'm concerned) is they've offered to sponsor me. If my application is successful then I can stay in London indefinitely and make a career of web design, which is something I've always enjoyed more than engineering. But this brings me to my most exiting news. As part of my sponsorship application I'm required to leave Europe and re-enter the UK, so I thought what better excuse is there to catch up with old friends and family in Oz. That's right I'm coming home to Australia for a couple of weeks just after Christmas. I arrive in Melbourne on the 27th December (just after my b'day) and head back to London on the 13th January. It would be great to see everyone agiain. If you want to organise a big get together or party then I'm definitely keen. Can't wait to get down there for some decent weather and catch up with all the people I love and left behind. Yeehaaa!!! Zane
