We had to be up at 6.30am this morning to catch the ferry across from the North Island to the South. I was shattered after going to bed at around 4am after an emotional goodbye to the 2 lads!

We got a 3 hour ferry journey which I slept a bit but woke up and took in the scenery of the South Island which would be accompanying me for the second leg of my journey.

We got on our new Kiwi Experience bus and headed down to our next destination which is Kaiteriteri (bit of a mouthful) we arrived in the late afternoon after our bus broke down!!

Pretty place but nothing to do here so we all cooked spaghetti bolognese and had an early night which was nice.
