A train ride and funicular rail ride will get you 1,236 metres above sea level to the monastery. Hi all, hop-on, hop-off bus today around Barcelona. First trip around was for our friends to get a bit of an appreciation for all things Spanish, second was trip took us around Antoni Gaudi's Sagria Famillia church and to Park Guell. Last full day in Istanbul today, visited the Blue Mosque, Hargia Sophia, the Mosaic Museum and the Basilica Cistern. Hi all, arrived in Istanbul safely last night after a stop in Warsaw. Traffic was manic from the airport to our accommodation which is a lovely little boutique hotel in the old are Sultanahmet.
