We hate goodbyes! Today was the day we were all going to split up again as we had decided to visit krabi whilst the boys were staying an extra night before heading to Koh Tao! We all said our goodbyes after breakfast before grabbing our rucksacks doing the sweaty 20 minute journey to the pier. 2 hour boat journey later, we had arrived! Well I say arrived, we had arrived at the pier and the next step was how to get to krabi beach and where were we gonna stay. We had heard of a few places we were interested in staying and foolishly believed the taxi driver when he said he knew where it was! 40 minutes of driving round later we were still none the wiser to having a home for a few nights until the absolute gem of a taxi driver took us to a newly opened hostel. The hostel is supposed to be £22 a night however as a special opening deal was discounted to just £6. As we walked past the fluffy corner sofa and flat screen TV we couldnt believe our luck as we were then handed complimentary pineapple juice and biscuits. As were shown to our dorm, our mouths fell open at the sight of thick pillows, fluffy white towels and a hot power shower, if you have ever been travelling you will completely understand how lucky we felt! As we all showered and thanked our lucky stars again, we settled in for the hostels restaurant for food then snuggled onto the sofa with our snacks and watched the film the croods. Dean and Charlotte went for a small walk to enable dean to book in his tattoo for the next night before we all clambered into bed for a well deserved rest from alcohol!
