Our day for exploring hotels and malls of Las Vegas. Luxor is themed for ancient Egypt. Built as a pyramid with rooms on the skin and hollow inside. There is a monorail for a few of the connected properties down there. So did Luxor and Mandalay Bay, then back to Miracle Mile shops at Planet Hollywood. Here we are looking out from Bellagio across Lake Como to...Paris...or is it Hollywood? We had a big day looking in and around some of the attractions on 'Th Strip'. It seems that wherever you want to go the path is through the casino of the property. All in all it is an homage to excess and questionable taste, but mixed in with some brilliance.
