Hello everyone,

I've heard there's been some unrest relating to the length of time between blog entries. I apologise as I have been very busy but hopefully this will fill you all in.

We're currently in Ko Phangan in Thailand having spent 3 days in Ko Samui, another idyllic island off the coast of Thailand. There are some absolutely great beaches here with plenty of opportunities for snorkeling and swimming, the water is so warm. We turned our hands to a bit of fishing in Ko Samui, not catching anything big but a few nice tropical fish which were duly dispatched back into the sea after!

Ko Phangan has a bit of a party reputation to it, something which it lived up to last night when we went to the Half Moon party, a congregation of a few thousand (mostly western) people raving on through the night with a multitude of cocktail buckets down them. After a couple of drinks me and brett decided it would be a good idea to get some flourescant UV paint done on ourselves. Brett decided to have a Superman logo on his chest whereas I went for the logo of the supermarket chain 7-eleven on my chest (pictures to folow)! We generally got a few laughs and there were of course the few comedians who thought it would be great fun to ask me to dispense ammenities such as crisps and drinks. All in all it was a good night, we left at about half three but the party was going on well into the early hours.

So - next on the agenda is a couple of days in Malaysia (for which we leave tomorrow) and then off to Australia on Friday!
