Hello everyone,

So me and brett arrived safely in Bangkok at about 4pm local time - 10am British time. The first thing you notice coming off the plane is the intense humidity, its cloudy but very humid. Got a very hairy taxi to our hotel on Khaosan road (party capital of bangkok) - i think its fair to say that the Thais dont place too much emphasis on safe driving! Its a great place so far - havent seen a great deal, but already been offered plenty of "cheap suits" and more ping pong shows than you could shake a stick at! It is ridiculous how cheap things are, we had a cracking dinner with a couple of drinks for under a tenner. About to go out now and experience the bangkok nightlife and all it has to offer. We have two days booked here but we are still unsure how long we will remain in bangkok.
