Hi all, an update of the rest of our time in Shanghai: Hoping this will work now (although photos don't seem to want to be added!) We spent much of our second day wondering around (looking for a temple that didn't seem to exist even once we had a map). Very tired feet and legs! In the evening we went through the Bund Tourist Tunnel to the other side of the river- this area is all newly built. Tunnel was very odd! We went in little cars that arrived at a station...

Hi all, we arrived safely in Shanghai yesterday, after a very long flight- but there were lots of movies to watch and games to play (including tetris mum, which was very exciting!!) So didn't get too bored. We got here first thing in the morning, so got a taxi to the hotel and dropped our bags off. Hotel does seem to be in the middle of a building site, but then so does much of the city! Don't think I've ever seen so many cranes- according to guide on the aeropla...
