hi all well ive been pretty busy since my last journal entery!

been up to the paihia in the bay of islands for a couple of days its really beautiful up there. while we were there we did a day trip up to cape reinga which is the northern most tip of newzealnd its also the place where the mauris believe the spirits of the dead leve the land and go to where ever it is spirits go to? not so sure about all that myself but thats what they say!! we also went on 90 mile beach which strangely is only about 60 miles long!! but you drive along it in the bus which is strange but good! you also get to sand board down an 85ft tall sand dune which was awesome but im still finding sand in some very strange places!!

Then still in the bay of islands we did a boat trip round the bay to supposedly see whales and swim with dolphins but we didnt see anything apparently there had been orcas in the bay the day before which had scared everything away so that was pretty disapointing!

Yesterday we went to see a U2 concert back in auckland they were fantastic a brilliant live band so that was cool! today we moved on to rotarua got here this afternoon but weve already been white water rafting over the highest comercially rafted waterfall in the world it was fu***ng brilliant a real rush! got soaked and we even flipped the boat over the fall which made it even better!

so as you can see ive been busy the last few days! off to see the geothermal areas of rotarua tomorrow then off to taupo. ive put on some more pics of the gig and a couple of scared looking blokes in a boat so take a look and let me know what you think! send me an email let me know how your all doing
