Once in Kowloon we took a stroll along the Avenue of stars which contained various stars names on the ground. Some with hand prints (I think there is something similar in LA). We then wandered up to Kowloon park and enjoyed an ice cream in the sun - which was a blessed relief from the crowds on Nathan Road (on a par with Oxford Circus last day before Christmas)
I would now love to tell you that we went on a cultural tour of the many museums in Hong Kong, in particular the interactive exhibitions at the Museum of Art... So we found a nice little restaurant with outside seating on a balcony with Vivaldi's four seasons playing in the back ground.
In the evening (having navigated our way back from the ferry terminal on foot) we ventured in to Soho by taxi. The restaurant we found was nice and we then proceeded to a nearby bar... On the way back (walking again and navigating purely by compass) we stopped in a bar with a live band. However, by the way they were singing Tom Jones you could be forgiven for thinking it was karaoke...
