Morning Bloggers!...
first off - to answer Pauls' questions - yeah ive still got hair, though it's really doing my head in! - i keep thinking i should shave it but then again i've got sooooo far!... it's not easy having a wig like this though! - i mean it just doesney fell right! - second off we have no official name for the van... though it is called all sorts when i can't get the thing into second gear!... I cannie believe suzy has handed in her notice! - all the long term veterans are dropping like flies.... well two have us have left!.... at a guess she's gonna help out with bob and take more time doing what she wants to due to recent happenings? if so i can't blame her!... and what was your verdict on the transformers movie? did it float your boat... light your candle... or did you simply enjoy it! ;)
anyway enough of that - this blog isn't about you Paul - stop trying to hog the lime light!...
so back to Airlie beach - (whitsundays) - first night we chilled out as we were off to take a tour of the whitsunday islands the next morning - bright and early! - we Scuba Dived again which was pretty cool - though not a patch on Thailand! which was suprising! - i don't think we actually understood quite how good it was when we where there... speaking to more experienced divers since we have learned it is one of the best places in the world to dive!.... so glad we did it! - on the GBR we saw tons of coral little fish and a moray eel - the temp was a bit low though! - i was fooking freezing when i got out! - later we trecked through some rainforest to this wicked lookout piont - the most photographed place in Oz - and then off the whitehaven beach - the sand is so pure there it squeeks when you walk on it!
the next few days were spent on the piss in Airlie beach - we met up with four other travellers and ended up going out with them for the next few days.... we had some great nights out... two luton lads - a guy from Oxford and a girl from Canada.
we tore ourselves away from Airlie and headed down to 1770 for a night - a mamoth 9hr drive! - we stopped the night there and then kept moving! - we ended up in ?Hervey Bay ready for our Fraiser island tour.
right dear readers - i'm going to have to leave you hanging on for the next installment as unfortunatly time is up! - keep an eye out as there is some good stuff to come and hopefull some photos too!
