Its Australia Day! (26th)

Flew to Melbourne today. After 3 pretty much sleepless nights in that hostel in Sydney I decided to stay in a budget hotel in Melbourne. Even though the weather hasnt improved much Ive been out and about seeing the sights. Have been to Rialto Tower, the tallest building in the southern hemisphere- you get a pretty good view of the city from 253m up, the old Melbourne Gaol - where the famous Ned Kelly was hung - his death mask is on display, nice! And have also been around various parks and gardens in the city. Its pretty busy here with the Australian open, so lots of people milling about.

Met up with Ed last night for a few beers. He says to say "G'day" to the Asda lot (and the IBM team). Will be meeting upwith him again on Monday to go to Tatura for a few days. So that should be good.
