SORRY its taken so long to get here but here is my bit.................:) Yes so the next day i did indeed go diving and was actually doing my Advanced Dive course - cos I want the chance to go deeper - there are so many good places here plus Jay dives deep so i can tag long with him when i get the chance. My first day was really nice - three great dive but i didn't get to see too much stuff considering i was on the GReat Barrier Reef. - Anyways as first days go the course was great. The boat was really well orientated for diving and everythign ran smoothly. my second day was better though :) My first dive of the day was with Dan one of the instuctors - he found me lots of great stuff - sting rays, Amazing coral - trout (massive) grouper -no shraks but he did find me one ............TURTLE :) WHOOP i was well excited. We swam along side it for ages and the turtle wasn't a bit miffed that we were there. We tired to feed it but he wasn't bothered - he felt tough and he moved through the water with so little effort - nibbling on the reef every so often!! We found some giant clams to - and when your wave your hand over the top of them or touch it - it reacts by closing over - this made me jump -which then made me smile - whihc in turn flooded my mask - cos there is just soime stuff you can't do under water!!! :) My final dive was amazing and at times i even had to remind myself that i was in the water - it was so amazing clear. The sun was shinning so brightly - the coral was transformed!! MAN................you just had to be there!!! I'm not an ADVANCED DIVER. POP POP
