Oh well, all good things must end right? Travelled back to Cusco tonite, but had another 6 hours up at Machu Picchu before going for the train. I could spend a week up there, never mind 2 days. Taken so many pictures I´m running outta room on the camera cards...and guess what, this damn website donkey isnt letting me load any more pictures! All I get is some stupid message about "corrupt" pictures, when I know they´re ok, cos I can see em on the PC! a*******s! I´m gonna sue! Sorry :( Well tomorrow we have a train ride across country to Puno, to visit Lake Titicaca on Tuesday. Train ride tomorrow is 10 HOURS!!! Nice...could be half way home in that time! Still not complaining cos the whole trip is going great. I see England did good at the cricket. Looks like you must have had decent weather & a good day. Shame Freddie & Pieterson flopped, it could have been fun. Any progress on the Nakata transfer? Feels like I´ve been away for 2 months, not 2 weeks, but only 4 more days & I´ll be on my way back. Hiya folks! Sorry about the pics. Seems PCs & internet are lagging a little over here. I´m in the town of Agues Calientas which is at the foot of the Machu Picchu mountain. The connection is slower thandial up !! So I don´t think I´ll be able to get any pics up tonite! Of all days! Well I know I´m a geek but I just cant tell you how happy I was up there today. We travelled from Cuzco by train (3.5 hours), then one crazy bus ride up the mountain to get to the site. Awesome, amazing, breathtaking, inspirational etcetc etc. I just cant believe I actually been there....and I´m going back in the morning. Lucky lucky lucky. To top it all, I walked up the ancient Incan trail to the original site entrance,called the Sun Gate. Was 1200 feet higher up the mountain, with a sheer drop on the side of the path. I was bricking it, but wasnt going to miss it.
Anyhow, good cricket & not bad Bolton score. Fingers crossed for the weather for you. I´m going to keep it short tonite cos this thing really is too slow. See you all soon. Byeeeee

Hiya folks!! Nice to hea from you all again. Hope you´re all well back in Blighty & Canada! Hi Suzanne! We've had a hectic couple of days. All day tour around the ruins in the fertile valley yesterday & the famous market in Pisac (tat!). Was pretty goosed after all that, walking & climbing at this altitude it tough (or am I just unfit?!?!). I´ve never seen landscape like these, every direction you turn there are wonderous peaks to take your breath away.So today we didnt do the balloon thingy...seems the rep sold us a bum deal. Was dissapointed, but instead got to go white water rafting which was great fun. 3 boat went out & we ended up having water battles between rapids! I tried to load more pics but I think they may be duff...this PC is truly dreadful. Good to hear we are giving the Aussies a bashing! Suzanne, if Jus didnt already ask, then please gets us details if you can. As for coming over there, maybe you should convince Jus that it´s a good idea for our October holiday!!!! I´m being very Peruvian tonite....off for a curry in Cuzco (don´t worry Jus, no butter chicken). Tomorrow is THE BIG DAY. The one I´ve been waiting on for years. 5.30 pick up in the morning to catch the train up to Machu Picchu. Now I´m excited! We´ve got al day there tomoz & then a fair slice of Sunday too. Can't wait. Paul met up with his friends in the Haliburton area........they're from England ...they bought a Lake House & they rent it most of the summer etc.......to people from England who want to come to visit Canada a be on a Lake for weeks at a time..............so you could make money as well....as have a Canadian investment................Very good idea little boy...........so let me know what to do.............I think you need to get your ass over this way instead of the Orient.......you're to tall for that place anyway.........
