Our first stop - a flying visit to Riga!

We arrived from Stanstead on Ryanair and the flight was fab and only 2.5 hours. We then headed by bus to the City centre (30p each) the conductor was really helpful and tried to point us in the right direction. After changing buses a Latvian lady pointed us to our hotel.

We found the hotel after taking a couple of wrong turns. The room we had was a suite and was lovely with the deepest Bath I have seen.

We had a wander, but there was not alot of time and not many bars open, so we found a cafe "flying frogs" and had a beer and ceasar salad and liquorice bread which was interesting! We then made our way back to the hotel for an early night which was infact 12.30!

After breakfast, which was included, we headed by bus again to the airport, next stop - Moscow!
