Today I slept in. Then I checked out of the hostel. I hung my towel up on the 3rd floor balcony to dry before I went out. Then I went for a walk and got some brekkie from the supermarket. I had a whole carton of yogurt. I saw a temple too so I went and checked it out. Then I went back to the hostel for a little while to find out wat bus to get to the traino etc. I chatted with one of the reception girls somemore. So today I went to book my train ticket to Guangzhou. It was fairly easy the lady at the office spoke no English but she was very helpful and friendly and I managed to book it. Then I walked the other direction along the cost and finally I found the beach. The first bit was horrible tho. Just full of rubbish. But as I walked a bit more along it got better. And finnally it ran out again so I walked back to the hostel. For lunch I stoped at this little deli and bro...

On the way back to the hostel I decided to try stop in a local restraunt for lunch. It was difficult because they often don't have any menu. But I managed to order some noodles with various meats and vegies in it. It was quite good! I walked back to the hostel which was pretty far so u didn't get there til around late afternoon. But I saw a supermarket on the way so I went and looked and brought some bandaids. I chilled in the hostel a bit before going out for ...

So I thought I'd go find the beach today.... This is wat I found, a little dissapointing. Decided to walk up the Cost to see if there was some better beach but that proved very difficult because of the expressways all along it where you can't walk. I changed my plans to go see hawian park. It was really nice along walk but I just relaxed there for ages and it was great. Then I decided to walk back to the hostel.

Arrived at about 7:30 at the traino in Xiamen. I noticed there was walmart there so I went and looked around Just because of the name. It was alot like carrifore but everything was 2 or 3 times the price. Then I started walking to the hostel. After about 4km I came to this tunnel and I was not allowed to walk through and I couldn't find anyother way. So I ended up catching a bus from one end to the other which cost 1¥. It didn't matter.
