Just been on to look at your photos of GOR. Got my Dad and Stepmum here at the mo and they are just heading down to Melbourne on Thurs with a trip to GOR in mind. So it was great to see your pics. Now I'll be able to show them what to expect as our photo albums from our trip years ago are hidden away somewhere at present.
Hope that you are continuing to enjoy Aus. Sydney is full of rain at present, but that's usually the story at Easter. Hope wherever you are now is sunny and you're having fun.
See you when you hit Sydney.

Hiya Waquel, Mumsies here. Anthony and Karen have returned safely from Aus absolutely raving about the place. They loved Cairns, the barrier reef (especially snorkling with fishy fumes), the 5 mile trip on the cable car in the Blue Mountains, the Wine region visit, oh they just loved the whole experience and the Australian people. You must be having a fabulous time too. Lala and Mark have been here two weekends on the trot. They took Matthew to his first actual Rugby Match at the Tigers ground. It was so cold, windy, hailing and snowing that Mark said he had never had to chew his Guinness before cos it was iced up! Matthew met the other usher and bestman for the wedding of 2008. I think he gelled quite well! We had a sprinkling of snow the other day, non since though it is bitterly cold. We change clocks to British Summer Time on sunday - haw haw. Summer! Bah! Can't wait for you to update your site. Take care now and lots of love from us all. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Dad
now then
I envy your swim with the dolphins.
It seems to have stopped raining here for a few days so everthing is starting to dry out. Still too wet to cut the grass and once that task starts it will not stop until next winter. I started the big mower up last week but the small one is not in a working mood and just refused to start. Get the spanners out or pehaps the axe. Iam ordering yet another skip today. That will be number 5 in two and a half years. Where does all this metal come from?
We look forward to viewing more photos of your great adventure. Keep in touch.
Lots of love from all here at the Limes.xxx

Hope your trip is going as well as it looks from your pics, I laughed at the karaoke, great and if the pics are like an iceberg then we are seeing only above the water line! Hope you continue to enjoy it all, it can't be easy - luv from Lincoln XX

Hi Rach
Love the photos, but want more with you in them! Hearing you talk about the blue mountains brought back memories of when Dom and I were there - rain, rain, rain, and more rain. We could only see one of the three sisters as visability was so bad - nice to see the other two on your photo.
Stretton life bubbles on - all at Penny and Andrews for the rugby on Saturday. Lots of lovely food, and plenty of wine! Think the next one is at the Fosters, then on to us I think.
Tommy bommed at the regionals. Worst scores we have ever had! The week before they had another competition at the same venue, same dressage tests, so we thought - take him to that, let him get used to everything, good experience before the regionals. We were all elated when we won both classes against some really good competion - bring on the regionals! Sadly we just couldn't get him to settle, and both his tests were tense - we were up against such good competition you couldn't have any errors, so we were rightly marked down. Ah well, we are aiming to qualify for the summer series.
Somehow, we have taken in a stray cat - Woolie. She is about 13, very thin and bedraggled, no teath, poor eyes, sort of tabby not shorthaired, not longhaired. She lives in the tack room, and Ive put a cat flap in for her. She has been to the vets today for a detangle, and general spruce up. She is just so grateful that someone is paying her attention, she purrs the whole time.
Ok, time to go now - my wine glass is empty! Keep in touch. x

Heard from Anthony n Karen today. They had been to a Koala Bear rescue centre and had been stroking bears and kangaroos. They seem to be going further afield and have a car. Simon-James has booked the 4 of them a long weekend at a wine-growers establishment for their Silver Wedding Anniversary presy. Like the look of your horse. whats the plan now? Are you going north yet? Keep up the photos. we are all watching with interest. Love Mumsies xxx

Hi Rachael
Great to hear from you, everyone keeps asking if i've heard from you. How's the suntan coming along?? The pictures look great, I'm so jealous it's freezing here. Have you made many friends yet? and how's the search coming along for a surf hunk? where's your next stop? Keep in touch and take care, it's so lovely to hear from you.
