Hey All I'm in Queenstown at the mo, home of all things crazy. Yesterday some fool persueded me to jump off a tiny little wooden platform on a cable car, 143m above a gorge with only a rubber rope tied to my ankles.... oh, my god!!! Bungy jumping is the most scary thing ever! -but also superbly fast and fun! :-) Still not quite sure how I managed to throw myself out into thin air, but it was worth it! Heading to Milford Sound tomorrow and then on up to Christch...

Hey! I'm back in Auckland after my quick trip round the top of the north island. Thursday I set off on a bus tour of the rest of the country.... against my better judgement. :-) Have caught up wtih Di and Alex whilst here too, which has been great! Hx

Greetings! I've finally left the tropical island of Rarotonga in the Cooks... booo! I arrived in NZ on the 12th (my birthday) so thus managed to avoid turning 30 by not telling anyone. Denial eh?! I'm Auckland for a couple of days and contemplating the hasards of 2nd hand car buying in NZ. It's much colder here (never thought I'd be glad to be in a colder climate!) and I"m off up to the northern most point of the North Island tomorrow for a few days before catchi...
