BULA everyone - that's a big welcome from Fiji. Well I said I was heading for summer and so I find myself back in the South Pacific but this time it's Fiji. First impressions of Nadi (the main island here) is not that great. To be honest it's a bit scruffy and dirty and not at all as pretty as you would expect from a pacific island. I flew into here yesterday from Auckland (yep been back in NZ for a couple of days and caught up with Erica for a drink which was good), but I'm only on Nadi until tomorrow morning and then I head out to the Islands and I've booked to stay on 3 different ones (mix of party islands and chilling islands) and also I'm doing a 3 day cruise around the Yaswsas (probably spelt that wrong..) so I'm hoping things will improve - and that also goes for the weather which is a bit crap today as it's warm but very overcast and dull (boo!!!).
