Athabasca Falls were fabulous.

We spent most of 2 days in the Canadian National Parks of Jasper and Banff. We hiked, looked at gorgeous waterfalls, and enjoyed the spectacular scenery...some snow, some autumn colors, and temperatures between 33 and 50F. We drove right to the Athabasca glacier at almost 7,000 ft...can't do that in Alaska!

We saw gorgeous lakes and did some lovely walks in the Canadian national parks.

Lake Louise was spectacular, and we had a lunch at the Chateau there. Then we had a 5 km walk (round trip) to the other end of the lake where we took the photo.
