Today I set off on a day tour to Stonehenge and Bath. First stop, Stonehenge. It was pretty amazing. I was surprised at the fact that it was literally in the middle of nowhere. It was very interesting to hear the history of it, but the most intriguing thing was that they have no idea why it was built. The average rock weighs approx 45 tonnes. We then ventured on to Bath. Today I set off to do a spot of shopping on Oxford Street. Nothing too out of the ordinary - shops appearing two, three, four times - much like West Ed Mall in Canada! I wandered through Leicester Square and looked for some cheap theatre tickets - I am off to the matinee of Priscilla Queen of the Dessert of Thursday. All in all a nice and relaxing day!
