to wander the great wall, accidentally knock down a few terracotta warriors, admire spectacular sunsets over ruins of the Khmer Empire; visit the land of the smiles, enduring Far Eastern delicacies "we don't serve cat, dog rat or worm" tasty; discover paradise where rainforest meets the barrier reef, get chased by a cassowary(try not to look them in the eye or let them smell my fear!), scuba with the whale sharks…

to wander the great wall, accidentally knock down a few terracotta warriors, admire spectacular sunsets over ruins of the Khmer Empire; visit the land of the smiles, enduring Far Eastern delicacies "we don't serve cat, dog rat or worm" tasty; discover paradise where rainforest meets the barrier reef, get chased by a cassowary(try not to look them in the eye or let them smell my fear!), scuba with the whale sharks and manta rays; lose days drifting lazily on heavenly beaches and listening to guitar whilst star-gazing on deck, sink a few tinnies and hug a local koala; rub noses with Maoris in the land of the long white cloud and partake in 'dangerous sports' scaring myself half to death; be in awe of the strangest moai statues on a remote island called by natives "navel of the earth"; get altitude sickness trekking the Andes, and sleep in 'city of the clouds'; walk the trail of the Incas and watch sunrises over ruins of an ancient civilisation; explore a tiny corner of the Amazon by canoe trying not to step or sit on anything that bites or get chased by a monkey (believe me that's guaranteed to happen); step into a world within itself?with grunting tortoises and prehistoric marine iguanas, sail, scuba and snorkel in the warm waters of Darwin's volcanic island archipelago; whilst conservation volunteering, hope to have time to hike around a volcano or two, kayak through the rainforests and learn to surf on a peninsula in the northern pacific central American coast?then who knows?...truly amazing!

I noticed you hadn't any messages on board since Jun 8th so thought I'd post one! I'm looking forward to seeing the photos of the Andes and Peru, as well as Easter Island. Hope the Galapagos Islands are all they're cracked up to be and that you're relaxing a little more. When you come home, I think a lot of pampering and remedial treatment on bones, joints, muscles etc is in order! Love you lots. Mum XXX
