18th Feb 2012. Last night we went out locally. We had a chicken dinner in a restaurant near the square. Then we walked the local area and joined in with the party. 17th Feb 2012 Let the blogs commence............ After a succession of leaving do's we had our last two nights in Blighty with Kev and San. It was a little oasis before the big day. Kev dropped us at the airport and we checked in smoothly. A small breakfast followed by a pint and we were ready to fly. Our aircraft was a Boeing 777 with no annoying passengers . Well it's been a hectic few weeks but we seem to be all ready to go. Flight out to Rio tomorrow. Big thanks to our families who have been very supportive. Soooooooo excited right now. We are now back home so I thought I'd wrap up my blogs. Our last couple of days in Bangkok could have been a bit of a downer. They were the final leg of a 4 month journey of a lifetime.
