Well it's been a hectic few weeks but we seem to be all ready to go. Flight out to Rio tomorrow. Big thanks to our families who have been very supportive. Soooooooo excited right now. Not sure if we will sleep tonight. Hope to see everyone again in a year. We will endeavour to put updates and photos on here as and when we have internet. Typically we both got letters from the tax man today about self assessment. We phoned them and said 'but we will be abroad' Their response was basically 'tough luck, you will get a form to complete and if you dont we will fine you' Apparently you can do it on line if you are in the UK but not if you are abroad. How unhelpful is that. I expect we will find a way. Still we wont let the revenue get us down.
