Hey Hon, just read your latest blog. I just love hearing about your experiences, especially the more exotic ones! I probably won't indulge in HotPot when I'm there. Pig parts cooked in oily water just doesn't appeal to me much! You know I'm pretty adventurous with foods, but I might just have to pass on this one. Anyway, I applaud you for trying it! The pictures are awesome, even the ones that might seem ordinary to you. It's just great to see a little slice of what you're experiencing via your photos. Take pictures of everything!
