On the way to Wales Poe stopped in Chester, England. It's a Tudor town right on the border. Apparently an old law says you can shoot a welsh man after sunset with a crossbow. Unfortunately Poe didn't see any crossbow stores plus we needed to get to Snowdonia in wales before dark.
