Having to write under my pseudonym (which you know I dont like) as it appears someone has stolen my name. Only joking big up to the name sake!
Glad to read that youre both having lots of fun. I feel quite jealous to tell the truth. Although I have to confess I believe Verina has had Toby brain washed or swapped him for a posh traveler from Bath or Oxford. Since when does Toby use such words as terrifying, cute, gorgeous. If none of the above has happened then I suggest possibly abduction? I am genuinely worried!
Anyway I really am glad to hear your having a good time (even if it is with small Fijian boys?). Cant wait for you to get to some places Ive been so we can compare notes.
Big up yourselves, Ill write again soon when something exciting actually happens.
Have fun, Verina and Toby (if thats who you really are!)

Hi Kids its mad (as in I think I 'm crackin up !!) mum again. Ignore the content of 2nd E Toby I have got it all sorted okay. High on the herbal by the time we got back late last nite, had to have a vita-pep to keep me awake for the drive and was hyper by the time I hit the PC. We had a nice time with Bec except father decided the ultimate in derby chic was to have a loft ladder and spent a good chunk of time fighting with the bloody thing!!!!!.Bath still leaking which is pissing us off too will have to get a plumber in. Brought down another car load so there is not much left. Bec took us to Matlock Baths on Sunday late afternoon. Chippys' as far as the eye could see and enuf motor bikes/bikers to give Douglas Prom TT week a run for its money. It was good though the rain has made everywhere so green and Derbshire has some lovely countryside. Come back to an empty fridge so have to go and get some supplies. Got to do a sarnie run as both P & J have gone off to work hungry. Jack bought a guitar on ebay and by chance the seller lived round the corner from franchise st so we were able to pick it up for him. Looking forward to the Fijii pics Keep safe and having fun luv Carole xxxxxxx

Well hello my travelling friends. Just checked out your pics and I'm loving them, feel like I have caught up on what you've been up to. I also love how many photos you take...good job they introuduced digital cameras otherwise your "fanny packs" would have been full of films (This is jugded on the fact that you managed to use 3 films for a 3 day break in Italy...Such tourists!!) Me and Andy are fine, doing the mundane 9-5 ritual which obviously you miss. Andy is at Experian, they have offered him a full time position which he has accepted, he seems to be enjoying it but on the look out just in case something better is availiable. As for me, I'm still at good ode John E Wright, currently looking for something new but the thought of never wearing the very fashionable John E Wright polo shirt again brings me to tears hahaha NOT!! Any who, I will sign off for now but will be back on so keep checking. Miss you loads, love to both, Gem & Andy xxxx

BULA BULA!!!! Hello to all from Fiji, Finally back to civilisation, just returned from the Yaswas Islands of Fiji it was amazin!!!! However there was no electricity (or water) let alone computers to contact anyone. So sorry to all if you were getting concerned. Wow where do we start, Fiji is just so beautiful, the first night here we stayed in a nice hostel in Vita Levu, the main island, here we met John from Shipwrecked (So thanks Soph but we already knew Sharks won weve got all the juicy gossip!!!) Stayed up all night drinking rum and coke discussing shipwrecked and tribewanted.com met mark the organiser of this Mark check out the website if you want to join a Fijian tribe!!!! We had a wicked night thanks to Mark and John stay in touch.
The next morning we were off on our 6 night 7 day cruise of the islands, with Awesome Adventures, first Island was 5 hours from the Mainland, Nanuya lailai where the Blue Lagoon was filmed it was gorgeous we stayed in a Bure hut on the beach. Made some really good friends and met some really interesting people (like the hippy aussie couple who had been travelling for 23 years). It was very basic no electricity or water, showers were 70% seawater and even a lovely eco toilet). We had such a good time getting back to nature, the reefs were fantastic we both went snorkeling couldnt believe how much was down there cant wait to get to the Barrier reef now!
WE GOT EATEN ALIVE!!!! the mozzies love our beautiful fresh white skin got through all the mozzie spray already. all our meals were included, the food was sublime. Weather was boiling, went to the beach everyday by 10!! after 3 nights at that island we moved to another island called Waya it was about 2 hours down, it was just as amazing as the first, a little more developed had electric from a generator(night times only) when we got there we watched a rugby match between the local village and the boarding school. this island had the tallest mountain in fiji on it, guess which idiot climbed it? yes me(toby) went with 3 other travellers and a guide + 3 kids from the village decided to come aswell, they had been doing it for years, it was terryfing, no safety ropes or anything. felt like syvellster stallone in cliffhanger. took about 4 hours. one of the most satisfying things i have ever done. that night we both went night fishing wita 3 fijian guides in boat, Verina caught the 1st fish!! it was a massive 2ft barracuda!!! we stayed ot for 4 hours. i came home with most of course, 4 gigantic barracudas!! we ate them for lunch today. neither of us have ever eaten aswell(apart from at grannys). The fijian people are so friendly they made us feel like part of their family. the kids are so cute and funny. we havent got as many photos as we wanted, couldnt charge our batteries. sorry theyve taken so long, we'll try and do them tomorrow in new zealand.( thanks for trying andrea, but it didnt work, glad to hear about the job, well done mate, keep in touch) hope everyone is well. take care, we're both starving off to get some food. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
