Hi

Hope all is well. Just sat in Business class lounge at airport, sipping champagne! We arrived in Duabi yesterday and its boiling hot. Typical us, as we arrived we tried to find a taxi and some guy said to go with him and it would cost 100 dirums (we had know idea how much this was) we agreed. After running to keep up with him as he speed off with our luggage we arrived at what looked like someones everday car.I cant believe we actually got in. We were only in the car for about 5 mins as we drove passed the hotel, this was really scarey! he explained that he had to drive passed it to get into the main entrance. Finally we got there, as we thought it was a bit strange we asked at the desk, they said never get in a taxi unless it has a meter, it just cost us 15 pound and should have been three!!! So not really a good start to our trip.

Off to auckland next, cant wait our first business class trip
