Almost a week has passed since we arrived at Pasaj Cap, just outside San Marcos on Lake Atitlan, and we have really made ourselves at home. Sunday morning, with the sun shining brightly and the temperature already at 35 degrees, we said goodbye to our fantastic hosts, Maurice and Monique.
