Continuing our journey in Marvin we crossed the border into Botswana. The landscape was similar to Namibia, dry shrubland, but much flatter. Whilst the country is relatively wealthy due to its Diamond mines and it's beef cattle, the majority of the people are poor. We're enjoying our road trip on Marvin (the name of our truck) - 'Johnny Cash' had to go to the garage for a new dif... Travelling through Namibia has been fun. A lot of the roads are unmade so travel times are long and very dusty - It's a choice between fresh air with dust or stuffy truck but no dust - generally 5-9 hours a day, with comfort stops every 2-3 hours.
