Hi Lisa and Chris,
We have just got our computer back its been off the road for a few days.Well everything seems to as as normal out there, In Pakistan they play chicken when they drive and swerve away from each other at the last second!!! they think that this life is just a practice!!
Well im pleased you got out of the bandit (that part of Kashmire)country in one piece.
The way your going by the time you get to Australia you,ll nbe burned out. As a matter of interest how many people were hanging onto the side of the train, we once had 7 hanging on the side of a jeep!!
Both of you take care.
Ian Ann and the boys.
Mum

Just read your latest update. Relieved to hear that you are both ok after your 'slight' accident.
Ranakpur sounds lovley and it was nice to hear that you had some time to relax between your adventures.
Sorry to hear Chris was ill, hope he's better now. By the time you read this you will be Mumbai, rather you than me going on two ten hour train journeys - hope you had air con and the journey was not too bad.

Hello Christopher & Lisa
Many thanks for all the news you are putting on your Blog. Both of you write very well, and it's quite exciting waiting for the next instalment.
You seem to be packing a lot into every day & your accounts leave us all breathless. We are not surprised to hear that Chris needed some "time out"! How are you coping with the heat Lisa? fair people usually feel it more than the darker ones.
You probably know that we have had about two weeks of lovely weather here, it's just like summer at the moment, and we had fine weather over Easter which is really unusual.
Dad went to Mum's house last Sunday and managed the front step without difficulty! so is going again next weekend.
We are all glad to know that you are both O.K.
Nanny & I send our love to you both Take care xxxxxxx
Lee
Hi.
I don't know where dads repetitive strain injury came from. He dictated the message to me and I typed it!
Good to hear that you are ok. I have been asking Kamlesh at work about India so I have been learning some things about the places that you have been to. Looking forward to seeing the pictures. And I can't believe that you went to the mountains with shorts and flip flops, a bit crazy!
Take care, Lee

Hi Lisa and Chris
It was so good to hear from yourself and Chris and to know that you are having such a good experience on your travels. We can only imagine what it is like for yourselves, but actually being there must be unbelieveable, a completeley different way of life compared to living in Watford.
How are you feeling now after your trek on the ponies and Chris doing his stuntman auditions, falling off the pony, hope there are not too many bruises.
We are all looking forward to seeing the pictures you have taken, I know you are trying to find an internet cafe with facilities to download the sim card. Lee was tormenting mum tonight, he said you had already put some photos on the web site, she was so excited until she could not find any and Lee said he was joking.
We are all missing you although I do have a few extra minutes in the bathroom in the mornings and we miss ther smell of you stir fries during the week!
Anyway its time to go as my finger is starting to suffer from repetative strain injury. Please look after yourselves.
Lots of love Dad
p.s. In the paper on Wednesday there was a story about an elephant going mad in India, killing his handler and injuring 18 people. Keepers took three hours to tranquillize it. So we were glad to hear that you are not having a ride on an elephant.
Mum
Hi, sounds as if you have mixed feelings about India-roll on Australia huh!! LOL
Sorry if you think I haven't texted back, I certainly have,so why they haven't reached you I don't know.
All well here, start work on Monday, so no longer one of the great unwashed!!
Kids in Scotland for the week, but sound as if theya re being spoilt rotten.
Take care, and enjoy the next leg of your journey.Lots of Love, Mum xxxxxxxx
